In my work, I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches, but I often focus on the here-and-now. I pay close attention to what’s happening in the present moment—because this is where life unfolds. My goal is to help you feel better now. While we may explore your past to understand unconscious patterns and emotional roots, our focus will be on helping you thrive in your present reality. I’ll also teach you evidence-based therapy skills—tools grounded in research and proven to help reduce symptoms and improve mental health outcomes.
